Bookmarks on Delicious are http://www.marksdailyapple.com/ and http://www.p3crossfit.com/
I used the tag, crossfit for p3 because I will end up adding more crossfit websites and then I used nutrition for Mark's Daily Apple because this is a place I get nutrition information not so much workout information.
I don't really understand what a hotlink is? Something I can add to my page that someone can click on anytime?
You're right about a hotlink, sometimes called a hyperlink.
